Creekside Members, You may send your prayer request below.  We are still developing the Creekside Prayer Hotline which will activate the Prayer Phone Chain and Phone TEXT Messaging System for emergency situations.

Prayer Request Information

Your prayer request will be e-mailed to our prayer center where it will be reviewed and sent to our Prayer Warriors (Christian prayer intercessors) who have volunteered for this ministry.  In prayer they will take your request before the Lord and pray on your behalf, asking Jesus to intercede in your life with blessings and strength to overcome the spiritual warfare and troubles you or your loved ones are experiencing. 

Give us whatever information you feel comfortable sharing.  Your personal information is not sent out in the e-mail.  Only first names are used when needed. God knows you and what you are going through and He does not require your personal information.  He just wants us to come to Him and ask, and that is what the Prayer Warriors do. We ask for His will to be done in your life and to give you strength in your time of need.  If you would like to be contacted by phone please remember to leave a phone number, a time to call and what time zone you are in.  We are in Utah, Mountain Standard Time USA.
